第二届年度 Building Fashion 大赛的创意由珠宝设计师 Neuwirth 和布鲁克林建筑师 Marc Fornes 联合打造。Neuwirth 设计的珠宝首饰展示在 Fornes 创作的生物形态设施（名为 Fibulae）中凸出的玻璃容器中。这座金色雕塑使用 7,000 块拉丝铝板制成，完全根据 TriBeCa 环境进行了预制和装配。在 19 个玻璃容器中，Neuwirth 设计的柔美项链和耳饰直接悬挂于树枝上，整体看上去如同盆景一般，与满墙的鲜绿色枝叶相互辉映。整个设施设计迎合了  2013 春夏《奇妙实验室》Wonderlab 主导趋势。
